Dissemination of “Fact or Fiction” Manual at Next Gen Forum in Dresden, Germany

Mano Europa organization was invited to participate in the Next Gen Forum organized by Jugend & Kulturproject e.V, held on 20–21 March in Dresden, Germany. The event brought together young leaders, NGO representatives, politicians, experts, and organizations to explore topics such as active citizenship, dialogue among stakeholders, cross-border collaboration and community participation, youth participation in democratic processes, and their role in policymaking.

The forum featured a diverse program, including interactive workshops, guest speakers, expert panels, and networking opportunities. These sessions provided valuable insights into what problems young people are facing and how young people can be more effectively involved in understanding and influence shaping policies at both local and European levels.

During the networking event, Mano Europa presented Fact or Fiction Manual to an audience of around 50 participants. The manual attracted strong interest with youth workers and organizations working with young people in Germany and throughout Europe.

One of the key strengths highlighted by participants was the recognition of interactive activities and the importance of digital resilience and critical thinking skills for teenagers.
Overall, participation in the Next Gen Forum was a valuable experience for the Mano Europa organization, as well as for the dissemination and promotion of the Fact or Fiction project and its outputs at the European level.
