EATWISE: Empowering youth through culture, sustainability and food

The EATWISE project is an exciting new initiative designed to empower young people from both migrant and local backgrounds by equipping them with the tools they need to live a more sustainable and health-conscious life. Through a series of online culinary courses, interactive cooking shows and hands-on training sessions, EATWISE focuses on teaching plant-based, climate-friendly recipes that are not only delicious but also nutritious! 🌱✨

In today’s world, where climate change is a major global challenge, it’s more important than ever to recognize how our food choices impact the environment. EATWISE aims to inspire young people to make sustainable food choices that help reduce their carbon footprint while promoting a healthier lifestyle. By incorporating plant-based foods into our diets, we can create a positive impact on the planet and our well-being. 💪🌍

One of the core values of EATWISE is the power of connection through food. We believe that food is more than just sustenance – it’s a way to bridge cultures, bring communities together and celebrate diversity. Through the sharing of recipes, cooking techniques and food traditions from different cultures, we aim to foster a sense of unity and understanding among young people from diverse backgrounds. 🤝✨

We’re excited to invite you to be part of this transformative experience. Whether you’re passionate about cooking, sustainability, or simply want to learn more about how food can change the world, EATWISE has something for you!
