Youth project about fake news in Lisbon, Portugal!
The youth event “Fake the system: EU tools against disinformation” will aim to provide young people with the knowledge they need to recognize misinformation and false news, to develop a critical attitude among young people and to ensure a more responsible use of online media by young people.
The main objectives of the project are:
– Provide the tools to counteract disinformation and the phenomenon of fake news in an active way;
– Development of a critical attitude towards information with low reliability;
– Improvement of the usability of the opportunities of the European Union, through the promotion of European information channels;
– More responsible use of online media by young people.

Date: 3 – 8 April, 2022 (including travel days)
Age: 18+ years old.
Travel expenses (up to 360 Eur), catering and accommodation are financed by the project.
